Description: Welcome to Super Samuroy Adventures!
This is a Kaizo Hack that is based off a Streamer on Youtube called Samuroy, he plays SMW hacks and makes SMW Randomizer races, and now he got his own challenging Adventure.

The Hack contains 11 Levels, most of them have their own little gimmicks, some are just Kaizo, the Hack also has a story, and lots of Custom Graphics!

Be sure to check out Samuroy on Youtube!

Fixed 3 ussues Katerpie mentioned.

MOD NOTE: Sometimes crashes on console, crash is not easily reproducible so I don't know exactly what causes it

Overall, this was more frustrating than fun to play, so I rate this 2/5.
I doubt anyone will ever finish this hack without savestates considering the lack of checkpoints.

An ok hack with great graphics and custom music that matches the level's atmosphere. I like the use of the walljump patch and the "bullet hell" generators. The level design can be lacking at times, as difficulty is often created by 1-tile gaps rather than interesting setups and the boss fights get very repetitive due to high boss health. I LOVE SAMUROY!

Having savestated through this, I think that Kaizo:Light is the wrong difficulty here. I doubt anyone will ever finish this hack without savestates considering the lack of checkpoints, the weird walljump patch, the lack of a retry prompt, the fact that there are only finitely many lives, the amount of precision jumps etc. This hack is clearly meant to be played with savestates and thus is a Kaizo: Hard hack.

Furthermore, some setups seem poorly tested, making them really frustrating and unnecessarily tight (e.g. the short mushroom guiding section in the 7th level)

Overall, this was more frustrating than fun to play, so I rate this 2/5.

Also, can't rate without leaving a comment (why?)

What a masterpiece! It can get brutal at times and suffer from some difficulty spikes, but it's not that bad. One thing I can suggest would be to add a SFX for when the P-switch timer is gonna end, because when you know it the least, it's suddenly gone after a few seconds. Other major thing to suggest fixing are the rope glitch and the rather unnecessary goal. I'm also not sure what is the shell for honestly.
This hack also suffers from artificial difficulty here and there, especially given the spam of projectiles in some levels (I died a bunch due to these), but this could be my gameplay experience throughout the levels. Still a thing to consider nerfing.

Good job thus far. This hack is definitely not for the faint of heart, but nerfing it so it's possible for savestateless players would be good; it's your choice though.

EDIT: oh, something I forgot to point out.
Please disable jumping altogether in the cutscenes that don't require pressing A or B; they sound pretty awkward once we find out that you can still press all buttons

Certainly not for Savestate-less players

Oh, maybe it's just me mistiming my inputs.

Because wall jumping is a thing you can do in this, I recommend you use the patch to disable wall clipping, as it can get frustrating when you try to wall jump, but just clip into the wall and fall instead.
