Tip: If you give a Muncher tile custom graphics, it will still act like a coin when a silver P-switch is active, whether it looks like a coin or not. ExAnimation solves this problem.
Kamek has cast a magical spell on the Mushroom Kingdom, turning it into a strange new land. Join Mario on a brand new adventure as he conquers each task an order to break the spell and return the land back to normal.
I'm completely new to SMW Romhacks and SMW in general outside of SMM/2 (which is painfully... completely different and has caused me no end of pain). I started with this and one other. Some of the levels I fumbled my way through - not entirely sure how I made such and such happen. The levels involving sequential ordering were fun and I enjoyed the few rooms with enemies, the boo room in particular took me a good few minutes.
I personally found the coin snake block levels repetitive and the one with the saw blade I must have been on for 30 minutes trying to figure it out.
Overall I found this hack to be very fun, a great introduction to certain mechanics and, well... Super Mario [world] Logic!
You really got me to thinking on some stuff, and some of it well, it's so obvious you don't even THINK about trying it, I love how well you played with my mind especially, keep this stuff up and you'll be a hack master for sure my man!
Feels like a spin-off that nintendo should have actually made. I was unfamiliar with some of the games mechanics even though i had all 96 exits on the original smw when i was a child. These were the levels i had a bit of trouble with but otherwise it's a light brain-teaser with a few tricky sections.
I've reccomended this to a few people and i give top marks for creativity and execution.
Some puzzles are childishly easy, press two P-switches in correct order and some require extraordinarily hard execution.
Although the 'collect certain amount of coins'-blocks are really good idea.
One of the more unique one-screen puzzle hacks I've played, which is odd, since it doesn't do anything ground-breaking. What it does do, however, it competent and easy to get along with. I like how you also justify the one-screen levels with the plot, which is simple, but it's better than some non-comprehensible plotline.
Overall, give this one a spin. It's definitely worth the time!
im not sure if this is a puzzle hack either. the name "super mario LOGIC" fits really well. the tag "puzzle" doesnt.
the 2nd screenshot (of the first level) is a good example. throw the block up, the the mushroom, spin-break the turnblock.
another one is you spawning in a room with a 1 tile gap above you leading to the orb. from the side comes a coinblock with wings in. if you jump at the block you get a coin and blocked your way to the orb. so just ignore the block and get the orb
it was still very fun. and 94 "exits" is way shorter than you think. not even an hour.
like glazy said, people familiar with smw wont have any troubles with this hack.
the only thing i forgot for like 2minutes was that you get a coin if yoshi keeps an item in his mouth until he swallows it.
still it was fun and actually well made.
just too easy for smw-familiar players.
4(+1 because kamek is the real villain not bowser. <3) so 5/5

This felt less like a puzzle hack and more like a showcase of SMW mechanics. There were a few genuinely clever rooms that made me think for a bit, but most of them were kinda painfully straightforward. Certain rooms are reused multiple times for some reason, and some rooms are completely devoid of challenge (balloon, flying block in the forest). I enjoyed the title screen art and the consistent vanilla aesthetics, but I didn't get much out of the game itself.
I can see this hack being appealing to players who are new to SMW romhacks, but to those who are more familiar with SMW hacks, this hack will feel rather pointless. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but it needs to be said.
lol another update? :/ oh well. back then when i played this hack i enjoyed it a lot! even tho you dont need much "logic" to finish this hack. take a look at screenshot 3 for example. oh wow how are you supposed to get all 6 coins i wonder?
its a nice hack, but in my opinion not really a puzzle hack and very simple. still enjoyed it so yea 3/5.
This is seriously the VERY LAST update that I will make to the game. Nothing had changed gameplay wise. What I did was add in all of the level names that I created some time ago. These names aren't present in-game, however there is a SMW hack data base which recognizes the internal level names and displays them. So I figured why not put in those level names which I had worked hard to think of for months.
