i'm honestly digging all these small modifications to sprites. you really know what to change to make something unique and fun to use.

This is a very simple modification of the Torpedo Ted disassembly, but I don't think someone without (or with basic) ASM knowledge would be able to recreate it, which is why I'm approving this.

Though the sprite may be simple, the wave motion works really well with the Torpedo Ted's horizontal movement pattern and creates an interesting effect.

Can you make it into a glad torpedo ted like in Super Princess Peach?

Just color the enemy yellow. Add music notes extended sprites on it.
