Description: This patch fixes the bug where dying during the bonus game causes the midpoint flag to be set for the level you were in previously. $7E13CE and $7E1DE9 also no longer need to be set before overworld load to trigger overworld events and $7E1DE9 can be used as free RAM on either the overworld or levels.
