Remapped graphics to SP4, since it is what the YI Balloon from smkdan uses. I organized better the zip file too. Aside from that, everything is up to the current standards.
Palette row (s) and Slot(s) fields updated as well. One of the screenshots were updated to reflect the change I made while remapping the graphics to SP4.
