While this is a rather simple patch, it does work correctly, but only if you're using AddmusicK. With the vanilla sound engine, the sound effect will only play if you exit the level before the music gets stopped by the pausing sound effect. This issue does not occur with AddmusicK.

During the moderation, I added the sa-1 tag and fixed a slight oversight in the SA-1 conversion.
