Description: fixes the glitch in which the BG's X-position isn't reset when the player exits from a level with H:Variable into a level with H:None

Do not use this with LM 3.0. LM already fixes this.

This is an obscure bug but it can definitely be confusing if you do run into it. Anyhow, this update is a lot better, even if there's no longer much reason to keep it as a standalone patch.
