This patch allows you to have multiple rotating doors in the same hack, each leading to different areas.

It divides the screens of a level into blocks of 4 screens horizontally, so if your doors are in screen 62 then entering door 1 triggers screen 60's exit, door 2 triggers screen 61's exit, and so on.

It definitively is a nice patch not just for more rotating doors in the hack (in fact, you can even have multiple of them in the same sublevel*) but also because it's more user friendly to set up the doors in the end.
One thing to keep in mind, though, is the fact that the doors check for their position when they're hit by an egg. That means, you should avoid putting these doors between screen borders (horizontal ones only when it's from (n-3)×4 to n×4 and vice versa) unless you know what you're doing. Since it's easily avoidable (and an issue from the original game to boot too), I decided to accept it anyway.

*They don't despawn, though, so in the end, you have to put them in separate, inaccessable areas in the end.
