Note that, if one disables ducking for small Mario only, getting hurt while ducking in the air while big will allow small Mario to duck until he lands back on the ground. Similarly, if one disables ducking for big Mario only, touching a powerup while ducking in the air while small will allow big Mario to duck until he lands back on the ground.
Tested with Asar 1.71, Lunar Magic 3.03, SA-1 1.31, Snes9x 1.59.2.
