Description:	This sets the score maximum to 9999999 instead of 9999990. It does this by setting the extra zero at the end of the score to 9 if the score overflows above 9999990.

A niche patch if there ever was one, but it does work as advertised.

Tested with Asar 1.71, Lunar Magic 3.03, SA-1 1.31, Snes9x 1.59.2.

Remoderated patch. I still have my doubts about the utility of this patch... but here it is.
