Description:

This ASM makes Layer 2 Scroll, when the player presses a certain button.

It includes the option to scroll up and down, and the option to scroll left and right.

It's highly customizable. You can change the speed, the positions, when layer 2 should stop and the buttons, that make layer 2 scroll.

Tested with: LM 3.03, UberASMTool 1.4, SA-1 1.31. It works nicely, so accepted. There are two small things that you could add if you wanted: make so that speed 0 makes the layer 2 not scroll in the relative direction, and add an option to stop the horizontal layer 1 scroll when used in a vertical level.
