Description: This patch was inspired in the "Big Boo Boss Palette Editor", by Chdata.

What it does is basically enabling the user to edit the Magikoopa's palettes in a per-level basis. It's asar and SA-1 compatible.

bad ripoff 0/10 not sure how useful this is, since it's only aesthetical change and doesn't bring any new functionality. Maybe in levels that give everything different color tint (like in fiery volcano levels where everything is reddish). It works, so accepted.
