Tested with: PIXI 1.2.9, LM 3.04, ZMZ 1.08 and SA-1 1.32.
Worked fine, after a small correction in the code so it won't get a "branching out-of-bounds" error in the SA-1 case. Also added the proper GFX for the sideways spring board.
