I updated it here: https://github.com/spooonsss/lmsw/releases/tag/v1.11-beta1
It supports SA1-Pack v1.40, and no longer sends Mario to the bonus game when you have retry UberASM with the "instant" option.

I'd recommend disablefastload=1 in lmsw.cfg for better compatibility.

The screen scrolling remains bad :)

It's cool but not practical, especially if you are making a hard level O.O

Fix for Lunar Magic 3.33: Rename retro.dll to something else and rename retro_s9x.1.53.release.dll to retro.dll

In keyconfig, I set the Y button to shift, but when I go to pres shift, Mario stops.

Hey...do you know how to use keyconfig? I guess I was able to change it once, but now I can't change it again and I'm unable to run.
galladegamer Link
it's so awkward...but...I guess it works...

Very helpful
I wish when you change to a different track it would refresh with the different music

I don't know a good name. Link
Shame that this won't be updated any more. I'd much rather take slower loading times than the emulator sometimes crashing and the sound getting glitched. Works fine in 99% of cases.

Lunar Magic crashes when trying to run this. Can anyone tell me why?

I extracted it into the same folder and into a new one, too (just in case that was the reason, it wasn't). Running Toshiba NB 305 with Windows XP.

A must have.

Notes on different emulation cores:
LMSW uses a libretro to run the game. It will try to load retro.dll which by default is snes9x 1.59.2. If you want a different core replace retro.dll with a different file (either the 1.53 version provided or another libretro core) LMSW will then try to load this file instead of the original.

So the default is snes9x 1.59.2 but you can change it if you want

Absolutely incredible! What emulator is this based on?

- Framerate can be increased by editing LM's animation rate settings. That's in Options -> Change Animation Rate. The default is 15 FPS for some reason...
- The incorrect palette seems to be LM's editor, actually. The emulator shows the correct one. Not too much of a difference tho

If this had the ability to render RAM watches to screen ala snes9x, it would save me an immense amount of time debugging my garbage code.

That's a Windows error. Seems like you're on a 32 bit machine (at least a 32 bit OS), so I sadly think it can't run on your device.

I don't feel so good
Mr. MS From older version: LMSW v1.05 Link
Very good but it has some problems like the fast transition between screens, and the non support of sa-1.
Xane123 From older version: LMSW v1.05 Link
4 stars because of the awkward jump to the other side of the screen instead of centering the editing interface on the player character and...because as Vitor Vilela pointed out (and I just saw myself) it doesn't support SA-1 ROMs!
DynastyLobster From older version: LMSW v1.05 Link
the transition between screens can be quite jarring when the game is teleported the the opposite side of your monitor , it makes me die because i cant see what is going on

I have a problem.. My computer keeps saying that retro.dll is not safe. It says its a threat and deletes it. Is there a version without retro.dll getting deleted
DougieBomber12 From older version: LMSW v1.05 Link
It definitely makes testing levels way easier. Though, it would be nice if I had something that told me how long it took me to finish the level. That way, it'll be easier to choose a fair amount of time to give to the player.

LMSW does not work with SA-1 ROMs.

has anybody else had this crash (with varying technical information) on the vldc9 base rom?
scaryslender18 From older version: LMSW v1.05 Link
As Luigi442wii said, it's somewhat chunky. Nonetheless, level testing is far easier. 4 stars

This addon is %100 NEEDED when making a hack. It makes it so much easier.
Luigi442wii From older version: LMSW v1.05 Link
It's a little clunky for me, but saves me having to test things out by editing the overworld and then launching snes9x. 5 stars, it's convenient and it WORKS.
The__Juggernaut From older version: LMSW v1.05 Link
This makes testing levels easier :D !

But when i bypassed the time limit (Let's say, to FFF), the time limit in the emulator is the default time limit.
