This patch fixes a small oversight where collecting dropped feather gives player score if not a cape mario, unlike other power-ups.

Surely someone out there really cares about score in their hack, and this person may now rest easy knowing that this bug has been squashed. Tested with Asar 1.71, Lunar Magic 3.04, SA-1 1.32, Snes9x 1.59.2.
