Description: This patch adds a high byte for the X and Y positions of smoke sprites, enabling you to easily use them without worrying about them possibly appearing onscreen when they should not be.

See the readme for more details and some example code.

Note that there may be some incompatibilities with existing resources that use smoke sprites, but it should be easy to modify them to work with this patch.

This version fixes a glitch that allowed smoke sprites with Y positions that were too high appearing.

New High byte sets for: end level smoke, reznor bridge / summo bro, morton/roy/ludwig death animation
Fixed a bug with motors in general that would displace the smoke for 00F2, instead of FFF2.
Added some minor comments at least for each hijack.

Sadly doesn't work anymore with PIXI 1.40 as it hijacks the same routine.
