Description: | Finally, the sequel that no one asked for! Ninja World 2 takes you on a journey up a big mountain and some stuff and things happen along the way. This game has about 75% less shell jumps than the original Ninja World, which means it still has a lot of shell jumps, but there may be a level or two in there without any. Overall, this is a pretty easy and beginner/intermediate friendly hack. There are all of the quality of life patches (frame rule, wall clip, double spinjump, fast retry, etc.) as well as custom backgrounds and music. Oh yeah, and you can save at any time on the overworld by pressing start. LEVELS DON'T AUTOSAVE thanks to some conflicts with patches. This hack is dedicated to the man, the myth, the scootgod, NinjaLifestyle. |

does anyone know the song featured in the title screen?
thx
Only gripes were lack of indicators in probably half the levels and the cape level I simply didn’t know the tech so I got frustrated
Great job overall and I’m sure a second play would be a lot more fun simply because I wouldn’t be so dang confused.
The level with the switches and the cape level were the most fun ones for me. And I definitely liked the earlier parts of the game a lot more than the end due to the levels having more variety.
that section was originally cheesable using the method you described so i turned them into instakill blocks. that section is meant to be a sticky flicky section, where you slow down to avoid the cactus.
this is the solution:
A small thing to notice while playing your hack:
-Sometimes some parts of some Levels felt very familiar to other parts of other Levels.
I always had the feeling that you only need to jump from one sprite's head to the next one. I whished for more variation inside the Levels. Maybe you can use Yoshi for a bit longer (Yoshi always died within the next 30 frames after i got a Yoshi) or throw shells at ON/OFF blocks to trigger cool stuff.
-The Overworldevents felt a bit off because after you beat a Level, the path sometimes lights up by tiny fragments after tiny fragment. I hope you know what I mean.
-I loved the choice of the Musik inside the Levels. It was always on point. Very good^^.
Nevertheless I had fun with this hack. Keep up the good work
