Makes the Yoshi question blocks act similar to Super Mario Advance 2, giving you a different Yoshi color based on either powerup status and/or whether the specific-color Yoshi has been obtained. Read the ASM file for more info.
Note that, in the occasion that RNG is used to determine the Yoshi color, SMW's default routine doesn't do a nice job, usually yelding the same value through various runs. I recommend using this routine instead.

I noticed in the GIF that when as Normal M/L it gives you a Yellow Yoshi, but it's supposed to be yellow as Super or when you spin jump iirc
Being the one that tested this before (and having done so again to re-confirm), it's actually randomized for both Small and Super forms, provided that you have unlocked the given Yoshi colors, of course.

Kinda weird for the own author to remoderate their patch, but I only added SA-1 support, plus it has to pass normal moderation either way.
