Well, I might as well clarify here, but while the "4 channel" thing does apply here, the hard stereo panning is only really a thing in the MOD tracker format, and even then it was apparently improved later on to add proper panning commands and channels (according to OpenMPT's manual); the Amiga mostly supported MODs to my knowledge, so it's mostly why a lot of people associate MOD files specifically with the Amiga, which is also true for it's hard-panned sound, but no other tracker formats have that sound to them, since it was long since been fixed when other tracker formats were made
Nice as heck port btw, always nice to see more 90s demoscene songs being ported
the drums are kinda weak compared to the original, but still very good
4/5
How could I improve the drums? Is it a volume issue or is it a sample quality issue, because the latter I can't fix lmao.

You are right! It's been such a long time since I'd heard this song I completely forgot how the original sounded. I just went and listened to the original, and it's panned even harder.
Interestingly enough, if I flip my headphones around it sounds a bit less flat to me, which worries me that I'm starting to lose some dynamic range in one of my ears lol.
I do think it's a great port though, I want to clarify that!
Typically the way Amiga songs or any tracker file with four channels are panned is to have two channels pan left and two channels pan right, which is how this song was arranged as well. I can soften the panning a little bit to make it less extreme though, thanks for your input!
