Bloody Tears from Worst Metroidvania ever Castlevania II: Simon's Quest. Since everyone seems to like porting the Super Castlevania IV version more than the original, I had to do my part and give you guys my rendition of the original song. Nothing way too extreme, but nothing simple either.
This song could fit intense castle levels, fast-paced levels, dark levels, and maybe even some bosses
Note: There's a !!! READ ME !!!.txt file which has the sample bank for the song. You need to copy that over to Addmusic_sample groups.txt or else the song will not work. Also you go into the song file, you can adjust the pitch to five different options that are on there: a# minor (Default), b minor (Hyper-Realistic by Lui37), a minor (Custom one but I call it "Mega Man"), g minor (I think it's custom, but I call it anyways "Touhou" because it's always about Touhou!), and f minor (Super Castlevania IV).
Also shoutouts to @springhakurei "Jeto" on twitter. Jeto makes some awesome / kawaii art on Small Richter, Touhou girls, and a lotta Simon... and I mean a lot.
Woah, the default version sounds way better than the Japanese sampled version by an unknown japanese user and even the original SNES version. Really fitting for athletic kaizo levels.
The echo, ADSR and instrument choice sounds a lot richer compared to the very first NES version (including the famicom version).
