Description: This patch fixes the issue where the wallrun triangles do not work in levels where layers 2 or 3 are interactable.

It also allows triangles placed on layer 2 to cause Mario to run up layer 2 blocks.

Note for SA-1 users: you have to change the freeram used, or this won't work on bsnes/accurate consoles (due to WRAM access while running on SA-1). Either use an address in the $0000-$1FFF area (remapping it accordingly) or an address in banks $40-$41.

Moving up triangle that is on scrolling layer 2 can be a little janky, other than that there's no major issues found. Approved.

I was thinking if you can also fix the clipping bug that if you crouch as you run up a corner of a block.
