A few minor issues to note. First, I lowered the global volume from w255 to w130 because it was very loud in-game. Second, the way the percussion macros are set up makes it so that there are a few redundant q commands in places. Third, both versions have awkward SFX cuts at times, but it'd involve quite a bit of restructuring to fix, plus it's not super egregious so it's not reject-worthy. Fourth, from a quick round of random highlighting in Notepad++, channels #4, #5, and #6 might have a few sections that could use an extra loop or two, but again, these would very small, one-line loops which wouldn't reduce the insert size drastically. Feel free to update the port if you want to address these things.
All this being said, this is a really nice port! It was one of my favourites from 72hoSPC, and the new version is even better!
I'm really happy to see this port updated with the harmonies and better instrumentation. The only thing I would suggest is maybe add a stronger release to the @6's at 13 seconds in; as is they sound a little loud and choppy, but that's really my only nitpick. Good job with this one .
