This simple patch will make the Timed Lift sprite (sprite command BA) set its timer depending on the extra bit instead of the spawn X position:
- Extra bit = 0 -> timer = 1
- Extra bit = 1 -> timer = 4
(of course Lunar Magic will still display the platforms with extra bit 0 with the timer depending on the X position, but it will work fine in the level).
Note that you need to run a sprite tool (e.g. pixi) on your rom at least once in order for the extra bit to be properly stored.
