Fixed the background scroll settings in the example level so it actually doesn't scroll horizontally, and cleaned out the extra tiles from the .bin. Make sure you aren't including anything besides what's actually used in your graphics files please.
I kinda wonder how hard it would be to stretch this out across an entire vertical level without it looking flat. Maybe a couple extra tiles and the back-area color could handle it.
