This is a Hack dedicated to my dear friend Swunsh_.
After a few changes on this Hack, I can now proudly present the 1.1 Version with some minor and major changes.
below will be a Changelog for the changes.
Inside the Hack:
-There are no Kaizo Blocks! Except for the last Level, because it is a part of a mechanic.
-Short Levels without CP
-Shell Knowledge required!
-A little taste of Chocolate.
OVERALL Changes: All Levels got more indicators to make
it easier for the player to see what he
has to do in the Level.
The Intro Screen can be skipped after a
little amount of Frames.
There is now a INTRO Level on Yoshis
House you should take a look!
Warmup!: Changed the first Screen to force the Player to
do the beginning in the intended way.
Plumper Scroller: Removed the vertical scroll and changed
the water at the end to a 1f0.
Sunset Disco: Removed the vertical scroll and changed the
end because of the "no vertical scroll"
Chase the Snake: Removed the vertical scroll
Swunshy Star: Changed the last Plattforms at the Goaltape
to prevent, that the player may think this
is a "non" solid plattform.
Skill improvemente: Nerfed a Jump at the end and changed
the Chains to 25 for air.
Learn to fly: Added a visual Cooldown on the Playersprite
to make it easier to see when your Flutter
"Shoutout to Katun24 for that idea!"
Also added a "practice room" to give the
Player the chance to get used to the ASM
Now fly away: Did some overall changes on the visuals for
all customs Blocks in that Level.
Added some Sprites to prevent the player
Changed some of the Boostblocks Y and X.
Added a Gate... (what could that be?)
This is probably the best "creators-first-hack" I have ever played.
Playtesting this was super fun and I was the first person to beat it.
Aesthetics and flow are perfect, the levels are fast-paced and super input-heavy which is just pure fun! Also the music fits perfectly to every level and the levels are short enough to not frustrate the player at all.
This is one of my favorite hacks and I highly recommend it to those looking for an intermediate hack.
