Mod fixes:
- Fixed stray pixel on big Luigi's run with item sprite.
- Fixed that the hammer animation on SMAS pose Luigi was horizontally flipped.
- Fixed that the 2nd frame of all small characters yoshi tounge animation is three pixels too high.
- Fixed that Big SMAS pose Luigi's looking up pose was shifted one pixel to the right.
- Fixed that Beta Mario's shared palettes included edits other default palettes but please be mindful of this in the future.
- The going down pipe pose has a peace sign, but this pose is also used for turning while holding an item.
I moved the old pose to an unused location and copied the normal front facing pose to fix the turning animation.
Unfortunately you'll need to find a new soloution for the pipe animation like some sorta patch.

For future reference, Player graphics submissions should come with Shared Palettes files (#lm{expsha}) instead of regular palette files you export with #lm{exppal}. I replaced the regular palettes with shared ones this time for you.
