    sounds very good! i have to note a few things though:

    - better adsr for... pretty much all instruments would help a ton to make the song have a little more punch.
    - i think the toms could be a little lower pitched to make them sound a bit more bassy.
    - in terms of optimization, there are some hiccups. things like [d16.]2, [d32]4, [f16.]2, ..., are all actually increasing the insert size instead of reducing it, this is because the loop command in hex consumes some bytes for its proper calling and functionality; in practice, this makes it so that looping less than 7 notes in total will contribute to an even bigger insert size than if the notes were just left as is. take this into consideration for next time!

    Great job!

    Some things to point out though in terms of balance: I think the bass should be a little louder, and I think the chordal instruments should be a little quieter.
