Btw, if anyone is having the issue where the sprite doesn't move, it's not an issue with the sprite, but rather that you need to set extra bytes 1-4 to set the X, Y, bounce, and wakeup speeds respectively. If you want the sprite to move like it does in the GIF these values should work:
Extra byte 1: $16
Extra byte 2: $E0
Extra byte 3: $C0
Extra byte 4: $C0

Where exactly can i insert these values? i think i found out how it works, but it still doesnt move
