Description: This UberASM makes mario shoot a Yoshi Fireball if you hold a fire button (and optionally an additional button, by default R), emulating a charged fireball, just like in many platformer games like Megaman.
Check out the ChargedFire.asm file for customization options.

It also includes a minor patch (to be applied with asar!) and GFX to make Yoshi Fireballs and Flopping Cheep-Cheeps swap tilemaps, so you can have Yoshi Fireballs in every level, optional but recommended (especially if using this in gamemode 14!).

How can I disable the fireballs completely within the file?
I would like Mario not to shoot.
I need Mario at one level to be unable to shoot. #tb{:?}

I would like to use only Yoshi Fireball
Would it be possible?

I discovered two interesting oversights with this code:

1) The way the fire charge works makes the star timer last for as long as you hold the button(s) for the charge. This means infinite star power. Of course, if you stop the charge, the star timer will eventually wear out, so it's not that OP.

2) You can do the charge in scenarios where you shouldn't, such as during the goal walk. (Edit: you can fix this by adding 'ora $1493|!addr' under 'ora $1497|!addr' in line 49.)

Like the patch, it is fully functional. Accepted.
