Description: I said I wasn't going to make it... but I did it anyway. Welcome to the final hack in the Ninja World trilogy. Expect some incomprehensible setups accompanied by some pretty visuals and soothing music.

This is not a super chocolate hack in terms of asm but you'll find the occasional fancy block or sprite. This hack is easy, short and meant to be enjoyed with a fine glass of pop.

I hope you have as much fun playing as I did making this.




v1.1 update:
fixed cheese in cape level and final castle.
fixed cutoff in spin shell level.
changed a few deathblocks to instadeath so you don't have to wait to die.
fixed an misplaced ow path tile that could cause a softlock.
nerfed a trick in 'flatbar friday' and slot machine tech'

Clean hack, fun setups, very nice aestics blocks don’t feel overbearing on the eyes like they do now days. Nice jams good times. They don’t make them like they used to I guess

I had a lot of fun playing through all three of the Ninja World hacks, and it's been great seeing VLSkoot progress as a level designer: Ninja World 2 was a big step from from 1, and likewise 3 is a big step up from 2. There's some unique setups, and they're (mostly) intuitive, only a few parts really tripped me up. Looking forward to see what VLSkoot makes next!

Pretty good overall. The difficulty is all over the place, though, and some parts felt needlessly unintuitive. In contrast with Adriel, I disliked a lot of the music choices. Culex/FFIV felt wrong for the level it played in, another level had an acoustic guitar song that seemed to repeat every ten seconds, etc. The best levels were the last level, the cape level, and my favorite, the magnetic fence level.

Great little hack. Some really clever tricks and some gnar setups. As always, be comfy with the shells and shell jumps, but there are some other little surprises in here as well.

Nice and short. Fits in really well as the last in a trilogy of frankly fun hacks. Good job, VLSkoot.

Awesome hack, setups overall align very smoothly but are still unique and complex enough to all be interesting. Great backgrounds/aesthetics choices. The hack as a whole feels very polished. Greatly recommended to kaizo players of all skill levels.
