This patch makes so when pausing the game, the music goes silent like normal, but it doesn't break sustained notes, so when you unpause they'll keep playing. This is useful when using songs that have very long notes or make heavy use of the legato effect, so they don't break when pausing the game.

Tested with: Asar 1.71, AMK 1.0.6, ZMZ 1.08, SA-1 1.32 and Lunar Magic 3.11.
The patch does what it says it does; so, based on that, I'll accept; however, please take note that the 'Pause' SFX is clipped, i.e., it is missing the last note. Since it's not a terrible offense, I will mark this as "simply fix this in a next version" opposing to outright removing all the work altogether.
