Description: This block will transform various Koopas into Koopas of other colours. It affects regular Koopas, Koopa shells, shell-less Koopas and the green bouncing Parakoopa. It can even transform disco shells back into a regular shell.

Works as intended, so it's accepted. Added a sound effect define and fixed the former disco shell glitch during moderation. Note that this block does not work well with sprite #$DF (double bop green shell). More info can be found in the readme.
