Description: Pause on Death - Freezes the game in place upon death before starting the death animation for a configurable amount of time, perhaps giving the player a chance to see what killed them in a hectic level.

Includes both a gamemode and individual level version, apply the gamemode one to gamemode 14 to make it universal or instead just apply the level one to specific level numbers if you only want it on certain levels.

Whenever start+select exit is allowed, pressing select during the death pause will exit too. Any idea if it's possible to prevent this?

Tested both the game mode version and level version. Both work, so it's accepted. I also tried this with the retry patch (2.06a), and it seemed to work fine with that as well. Also fixed the submission types to have "game mode" instead of "overworld", since you can't die in the overworld :P
