This patch makes so when pausing the game, the music goes silent like normal, but it doesn't break sustained notes, so when you unpause they'll keep playing. This is useful when using songs that have very long notes or make heavy use of the legato effect, so they don't break when pausing the game.

Update: fixed missing note at the end of the Pause SFX (now the music is silenced only after the last note of the SFX plays).
Note: you don't need this if using AddmusicK 1.0.8 (it includes an improved version of this patch).
