Tested with:

• Lunar Magic 3.11
• SA-1 Pack v1.32
• GPS V1.4.1
• Snes9x v1.60

No issues found, so, accepted. One interesting (but probably unintended) quirk of the block is that if the act as is set to the vanilla note block (113), hitting the block from below will cause the block to shatter into a standard note block. Hitting it with sprites from below or the side, or a cape, will also make it do this, but without the shatter effect. During moderation I added the lorom and sa-1 tags.
