not compatible with addmusick 1010 apparently

Lowered the global volume from w190 to w150 on the optimized version since it was a bit loud compared to sound effects. Also, just a heads up, but #halvetempo doesn't work in the latest version of AMK due to a bug. Also, you may want to use a remote command with $F4 $09 instead of redefining the instrument for each note.

Techincal nitpicks aside, this is an outstanding port, great job!
