This sprite was part of Romi's Sprite Package, and was resubmitted separately after the remoderation for ease of search and to fit current standards.

Tested with: Lunar Magic 3.11, PIXI 1.2.15, SA-1 1.32, Snes9x 1.60. The SA-1 version works fine, so accepted. Since that version is actually SA-1/Lorom hybrid, I just removed the Lorom-only version which is just redundant. I also added a .json file alongside the .cfg.

Fixed Blooper's interaction with the player (originally the sprite was completely intangible lol). Blooper's palette/GFX page properties code was optimized, so now they can be changed through the CFG file with no side effects. Sprite no longer depends on definition/xkas_def.asm file. Added screenshots, tags and SA-1 support.
