My entry to 120hoSPC #7, a heavy remix of the SMW overworld theme that we've all grown tired of that transforms it into a Touhou song. Featuring hallmarks of Touhou music such as phrases turning from minor to major in their resolution, sections that repeat but a semitone higher, sections that repeat but chorded, a "midboss appearance" part that changes the tone a bit, and a big elaborate piano solo at the end.
This song started out with the theme of autumn in mind, so I suppose it could fit in those kinds of levels pretty well. Otherwise, it could fit in any long and somewhat tense level.
If you're looking for over-the-top Touhou music for your World 1-1 Grassy Grass Grasslands, then look no further!
There is almost nothing from the overworld of mario world, just a few notes and that's it, this looks like an original composition and not a remix, I still love it.
god, this feels so painfully Touhou it hurts lmao; pretty sure I knew this was from you even before listening to it and looking at the title, which also hurt me because of how painfully obvious it was jk btw
Otherwise tho, this is fine; wasn't one of my favorite entries (as you can probably guess), but it was cool enough in comparison to the others I suppose haha
