Description: After some time changing certain tiles, I can safely say the background and layer 3 of Level Ate has been completely ripped. Anorakun did suggest me ripping this. At first I wasn't sure, but then I decided to give it a shot. While layer 2 was easy to rip, I did have trouble with layer 3. I ripped that as well. Here's what you can do:

-you can view the sample level to see how both the BG and layer 3 are set up.
-the palette for layer 2 is organized. It should be easy to edit.
-the layer 3 only use the four colors of palette 0. This should also be easy.
-at first, the layer 2 BG looked alright, but decided to turn it into a 512x512 BG. I think it looks good.
-the layer 2 frying tiles ANIMATE.
-the original layer 3 was 256x256. Turning this into 512x512 might have looked impossible, but did turn it into a 512x256 BG and looks good.
-the layer 2 has 129 tiles. I wanted to see what tile to remove, but was impossible, so the remaining tile will be into FG2. It uses an unused tile next to the midway tile.
-the BG has 99 Map16 tiles.
-the layer 3 tile consumption was so long, that you'll need to use the Minimalist Status Bar, SMB3 Status Bar or DKCR Styled Sprite Status Bar. The BG uses 315 8x8 tiles. Also, in the .zst, tiles were placed quite weird, but fixed it, so that they're together.
-Both layer 2 and layer 3 have their own files required to insert.

No credit needed, even though took a lot from me.
