Description: This will display an 8x8 sprite tile at the top or bottom of the screen when Mario goes offscreen, at his X position. This way, the player can tell where he is even though they can't see him.
This patch will apply this effect to all levels. If you want a per-level solution, use the UberASM version.

Converted the UberASM to a patch since, due to technical reasons, the former doesn't work when inserted in gamemode 14.
