Description: This small patch fixes the issue where you can trigger bouncing blocks when dying. This can more commonly happen with invisible blocks, when dying while inside of them.

Works as intended, so, accepted. One small quirk to keep in mind is that the "hit head" SFX will still play, which can make it seem like it's being triggered by hitting the harmful block from the side. Also added a missing !bank define.
