Tip: If you give a Muncher tile custom graphics, it will still act like a coin when a silver P-switch is active, whether it looks like a coin or not. So make sure to use ExAnimation if there's a silver P-switch in the area.
This is a simple sprite that moves only by jumping. It can attack by extending its tongue. Its interaction is very standard. It has an option for using an alternate palette underwater, which might be useful if you want it to look more blue or something like that.

Works as intended with no issues found, so, accepted. Added a graphic icon and description to the .json. Also added LoROM and SA-1 tags.
Although not necessary, it would be nice for the graphics to be inserted into a vanilla sprite GFX set by default. Otherwise, the user is forced to edit and remap the graphics themselves if they don't want to lose the rest of SP3.
