This simple code will prevent custom HDMA effects to carry over during black screen transitions (such as when going into a pipe, loading the Time Up/Game Over screen, going from the overworld to a level, going from a boss fight to a cutscene/credits, etc.). It's meant to be a less intrusive and non-buggy version of the "HDMA v3.5" patch.

Simple and effective. Works as intended, so, accepted. This version also doesn't have the issues with the credits/enemy cutscenes that were present with the HDMA v3.5 patch.
