Description: This patch will add a cooldown timer to the cape spin/twirl, making it less overpowered.
You can change the duration of the cooldown and of the cape spin in the main asm file. You also need to insert the included UberASM file in gamemode 14 to make the timer decrement.
It uses 1 byte of free RAM.

This seems to not be compatible with the Racoon Mario patch. Either that, or I can't use it, because I can't use UberASM, because of RATs.

If you mean the cooldown text, it's just a uberasm that uploads to the stripe table, it doesn't use the status bar.

Uhh, make sure you add a check for $9D and $13D4 (lock flag and pause) for the uberasm code. This can be an exploit to allow the player to bypass the cooldown by waiting during a freeze.

Besides the potential flaw, I can imagine hacks had a combat system of how parries work (parrying too early before an attack results a failure).

Also, how did you have an extra line on the status bar (the super status bar only allows 5 lines, so the row where the bottom of the item box is the lowest)?
