This simple block will change its act as (and optionally shatter) when touched, if a specific per-level flag is set (either "Invisible 1-Ups collected" flag, "All Dragon Coins collected" flag, "3-Up Moon collected" flag). Check the asm file for more info and options.
BSNES v115/li></ul>Fixed a small error where the acts like high byte is set to 0 instead of the given high byte.
One thing to note is that the shatter effect doesn't take account for layer 2 position, though it's an issue with the routine it's coming from, not with the block itself. There aren't any issues otherwise.
