Description: Silencio is one of the easier Kaizo Light hacks. My goal was to make clean and fun but still challenging platforming.

There are a few difficulty spikes throughout the hack and especially at the end.

Both credits sequences do not count as exits.


1.1 changes:

Slightly changed the throwblock part in My Dharma to force the intended strat of hugging the wall and jumping straight up to get the block.

Extended the ceiling in Cooper's Dreams to make the second goomba upthrow easier.
Also fixed the goomba drop cheese.

Moved the thwomp in the reznor boss fight up one tile to make it more lenient.

Added a completely new second section to Nonexistent.

Removed the spike under the throwblock in Beyond The Fire and made a few other spots less tight.

Adjusted the colors of the custom blocks in Electricity so people can differentiate them easier. Third section is a little bit shorter.

The Black Lodge is pretty much unchanched. I moved one spike to make the yoshi jump less tight, the second section is a tiny bit shorter and the final jump to get to the pipe is easier.

Final boss now takes 3 hits instead of 4.

Very nice work saela, i loved this hack. Probably one of my fav intermediate hacks, fantastic level design and clean aesthetics as someone already said.

Through the darkness of future past, the magician longs to see. One chants out between two worlds, “Fire…walk with me.” As a massive, massive Twin Peaks fan, this game is incredible. I’m just upset it took me so long to play it. Well done Saela!

Had a great time with this one!! Loved the variety of levels and gimmicks, and the music was well picked! Didn’t take too long to get past the final level. See that it got nerfed, but still obviously the hardest level in the hack. Great job Saela, thank you!!

Really loved the hack except for one level. It wasn't that hard and pretty short but I don't think I will ever see a sane human being enjoying reversed controls.

Nice work, Saela! I was a fan of your levels from SMM2 (I go by "The Looter" there). I'm thrilled to see you have brought your efficient platforming sensibilities and David Lynch theming over to SMW with its superior physics engine. This hack was by and large a joy to play, with a nice difficulty curve from beginner to intermediate. The first three special world levels were standouts, and the double jump level really shines, easily the best execution I've seen of that mechanic. Like Plague, I found the last level more frustrating than fun (in general, I hate altered controls), even though I appreciated that you were trying to translate the disorienting nature of the Black Lodge from the show. All in all, an excellent effort, well worth 5 stars. Shoutouts to the Badalamenti-inspired music choices.

Great Aesthetics and song choices. Decent difficulty curve mostly focuses on platforming!

I don't remember the exact level names but Favorite Levels:Double jump level and the Spin/Boost blocks Least favorite level:The reverse water level was an absolute nightmare for me, I quit playing in the second half of it.


Despite that, I would recommend. I should add I played the 1.0 version. I'm going to give 1.1 a try now!
