Bug Fix: No

Description: This simple patch changes the submap switching (aka "red path") transition on the overworld, removing the window closing/opening and changing it to a brightness fadeout/fadein. Besides having a different graphical effect, this also solves the issue of HDMA effects turning off or looking weird during the original transition (note: if you're using different gradients for each submap, you'll need to put the HDMA code in both init and main to make it load properly after the red path transition).

Tested With:
-Lunar Magic 3.30
-Asar 1.81
-Effect Tool 3.0
-UberASM 1.4
-bsnes v115
-SA-1 1.40
-SNES9X 1.60

Works as advertised - provides a simple alternative transtition and also works with HDMA (though do note that this works the best with BG Gradients, other types of HDMA exhibit unintentional behaviour, some of it isn't related to this patch).

I'm all for alternate transition effects, and that this even fixes an HDMA issue I was having with red paths makes this patch all the better. Thanks a lot for that!
