fixed a small oversight where the sprite will still use vanilla ninji graphics when dead (in case the user wanted to remap tiles). also I think I optimized graphics routine but idk.

Made some (very minor) optimizations to the code, and fixed that it didn't assemble at all because LolPixi. It works fine otherwise!

note to the users Please Do Not Be Evil and use the variable jump speed option.
