Description: Dedicated to TheMFFlash and his lovely cat Penny.

Every level has a unique theme and aesthetic. I tried to be creative with each stage so the hack will feel fresh. As a result, you will not find many item tricks and most of the setups focus on platforming.

I chose to include the things I love seeing in kaizo and not include things I do not care for. You will see kaizo blocks, trolls and bosses (including one very special one). And you will not see 1-frame tricks like block grabs or key jumps.

I've been learning Lunar Magic for over a year now and this is the result of my effort. Since I was learning and improving my Mario skills throughout this process, the difficulty of the first few levels and last few levels varies quite a bit. I'm really proud of what I made and those who enjoy my work will be pleased to know this is only the first of many hacks to come. ♥

The majority of the hack feels similar to Kibeth Takes a Walk - plenty of opportunities for the intermediate player to one-shot sections and finally feel a bit like a kaizo god.

The final castle suddenly flips difficulty and feels like its out of another hack entirely. Perfectly reasonable for the intermediate player, but was unexpected.

The difficulty spike aside, the downfall I see is having to beat the final castle a second time to get the true ending, finding the secret exit
halfway through the room before the final boss, up a rope chain into a hidden pipe
. I had to open the hack in Lunar Magic, as I didn't see any hints as to what to do - and didn't want to play the castle rooms again for nothing.

Even with these critiques of the ending, the rest of the hack is tons of fun. gg

Legitimately became one of my favorite hacks I've ever played. Great job!

Incredible hack. On par with the best I've played. The slowly increased difficulty is nice. Doesnt just jump from easy to hard in an instant. The last level, like others said, is a step above everything else, but after beating it once, wasnt too difficult to make it through the 2nd time. Very well done! Look forward to your other creations!

This was great, nice work. My one critique is that even though I love the last level, and it's extremely clever, the difficulty is pretty jarring with the rest of the hack.
