Fixed two minor issues:
- Fixed an issue where if $9D was set on the frame the sprite changed sides of the net (when circling), the sprite would appear frozen graphically but continue traveling on forever, even if it went off the net.
- Implemented proper graphics when the sprite is starkilled (vanilla Sparkies/Fuzzys display correctly, but originally this sprite showed a glitched tile).
I also fixed the .json's custom sprite list since some of the preset values didn't match the sprite's behaviour description.
Everything else works as intended, so, accepted.
